Completely Lame Canadian Cannonball TV Series 1950’s

During the evolution of television in the 50’s many great TV shows emerged. I Love Lucy, leave it to Beaver and the Honeymooners were among the best that the industry turned out in that era. There were many really lame shows too, filled with bad actors, lame plots and pointless episodes. Here is an episode of Cannonball, a long forgotten series about a couple of truckers and their travels. There’s a real limit as to what these guys can encounter in a truck so the series quickly faded away. This was a Canadian production and the CBC (Communist Broadcasting Commission) in Canada has lost most of the episodes and records of this series. The first show aired in 1958 on Canadian, American and British TV networks. Check out what choice 1950’s viewers had when I Love Lucy was not scheduled for broadcast.
